Guilt Free Jameson Caramel
We take the exact recipe we use for the salted, when it reaches 300 degrees we add one half of the volume of Jameson Whiskey into the pot. One must be careful not to lean over the pot for too long while the caramel reduces. The alcohol cooks away and the caramel is dropped into molds. The molded caramel is coated with dehydrated apple and ground nutmeg. The caramels are then coated with 72% cocoa dark chocolate.
These arrive seven pieces in a box, a whole week's worth without guilt.
