Orange Rosemary Vanilla in Dark Chocolate: We were commissioned with making a caramel to pair with Stag's Leap Cellars "Artemis" Cabernet. While in the creative think tank, we grabbed some "Karia" Chardonnay. Then fashioned this treat for it. You'll be reminded of eating a Creamsicle (remember that?) with a hint of rosemary in the background. Though this flavor was conceptualized in the springtime, and invokes feelings of crisp air with warm breezes, it is delightful all year.
